The State of Qatar has participated in WHO Regional Committee for the Eastern Mediterranean: sixty-fifth session which were held in Khartoum-Sudan 15-18 October 2018 ,under the theme” health for All and by All”

During the Commission meetings , the Qatari delegation headed by HE Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Kubaisi- Ambassador of the state of Qatar to Sudan.

The opening session were addressed by the Sudanese president Omer Hassan Al Bashir , who expressed the commitment of the Sudanese government to facilitates the session meetings to ensure concluding the sessions by  satisfying and applicable  resolutions adhoc to the theme ,and obtain conclusions which may serve in enhancing the primer health care and health services in the eastern Mediterranean
