His Excellency president Omar Hassan Ahmed Al-Basheer , on Oct 9 – 2018 in the Republican Palace , received the credentials of His Excellency Abdu-Rahman Bin Ali Al-Kubaisi, ambassador and plenipotentiary  for the State of Qatar to the Republic of the Sudan

H.E. the ambassador conveyed to H. E. the president the complements of His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani ، the Amir of State of Qatar, and the good wishes, health and happiness, and to the people of Sudan progress and prosperity

As well H. E. the president conveyed through H. E. the ambassador his greetings and good wishes to His Highness the Ameer of the homeland and to the Qatari people with more progress and prosperity, and wished to H. E. the ambassador every success in his new mission, and make efforts to inforce the bilateral relations and cooperation between the State of Qatar and the Republic of the Sudan
