HE /Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Kubeisi , ambassador  of Qatar state to  the republic of Sudan , participates in the festival organized in Al-Fahsir , capital of north Darfur state , on the occasion of graduation of the first batch of peace keeping and civilian protection forces , amounted to 2000 , which comes as implementation of security arrangements , Darfur track , included in peace agreement of Juba.  

   The festival carried out in presence  of vice president of transitional sovereignty  council,  Lt , General  Mohammed Hamdan Dagalo , and number of the council members and ruler of Darfur region.
