The Embassy of Qatar in Khartoum Participates in the Inauguration of the Darfur Ruler

      Mr. Talal Farhan Al-Anzi, deputy charge d‘affaires of the Qatar state embassy in Khartoum , participated in the festival held in Al-Fashir  , capital of north Darfur state , on the occasion of inauguration of Mr. Mini Arko Minawe , the ruler of Darfur region , in presence of HE Lt-Gen. Abdulfattah Al-Burhan , chairman of transitional  sovereignty council beside members of the sovereignty and ministers  councils , delegation from Chad and representatives of number of diplomatic missions in Khartoum.

   Lt-Gen Al-Burhan spoke in the festival, calling to carrying out the security arrangements and formation the joint force for keeping peace and preserving the security of citizens in Darfur, thanking all those who shared in reaching peace deal   and renewed invitation to Abdulaziz Al-Hilo and Abdulwahid Nur to join peace process.

    From his side the ruler of Darfur said, launching of regional governance in Darfur indicates transcending of systematic marginalization and emancipation from tardiness, declaring opening of the borders between Darfur and its neighboring countries.

    Minister of social welfare and representative of the prime minister Mr.Ahmed Adam Bakhit spoke about  priorities of the transitional period , among which is achieving peace and completing implementation of peace agreement and external openness.

     In the festival the representatives of the Darfuri displaced in camps   and refugees in Chad also addressed the festival.
