HE Abdulrahman Bin Ali Al-Kubeisi , ambassador of Qatar to Sudan met with prof. Intisar Sigheiron , minister of higher education in the republic of Sudan at her office on 11th of October 2020.
HE discussed with the minister the bilateral relations between Sudan and Qatar ; mainly in the fields of higher education and scientific research.
