On 5th of September 2020 Khartoum airport received 12.5 tons as first freight of medical supplies consist of medical materials and equipment delivered from Qatari and Turkish red crescents to Sudan to support the efforts of Sudanese red crescent in facing corona pandemic.
Good to mention a triple agreement signed in last June between Sudanese , Turkish and Qatari red crescents to strengthen the capabilities of Sudan to combat corona virus
